The workshop will take place at TU Wien, situated in the center of Vienna.

Reachability by public transport (see VOR or Wiener Linien for tickets, timetables etc.)
- Underground U1, U2, U4 (Station Karlsplatz)
- Tramway 1 and 62 (Station Resselgasse)
- Badner Bahn (Station Resselgasse)
Make sure to buy your tickets before boarding. Trams have on-board ticket vending machines, but usually it’s better to buy the tickets beforehand. Ticket controls do happen from time to time.
Arrival by Plane: from Vienna International Airport you can go to Vienna most comfortably using the S-Bahn to Wien Mitte / Landstraße, then to TU Wien using Underground U4. The well-advertised alternative to S-Bahn, CAT = City Airport Train, is more expensive but only slightly faster.
Arrival by Train: if you arrive at Vienna Main Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), Karlsplatz is just 2 stops away via Underground U1. From Westbahnhof, take the U3 to Volkstheater and then U2 to Karlsplatz.
